What if I have more than one of the same item?
If personalization is the same, just change the quantity and click “Add to Cart”. If personalized differently, each item must be entered individually.
What if I only want to enter 2 initials, such as PJ?
Just separate the initials by adding a space or dots between the initials.
How long will it take for my purchase to be delivered?
Most items are shipped within 1-2 days. However, if it is going to take longer, you will be notified.
Can foreign characters by used in personalization?
At this time we are unable to reproduce foreign characters. Please only use characters that appear on an American keyboard.
What if I don’t want to enter any characters in a required field?
Simply enter “NONE” in the field you wish to leave blank.
